Our Redundancy Policy survey is carried out every 2-3 years. In the report we look at recent trends in redundancy. The 2009 survey is on sale to non-participants. The survey examines redundancy packages using several typical examples. The survey includes analysis of redundancy pay giving median policy as well as showing upper and lower quartile and upper and lower decile.
The redundancy policies in place in UK companies are shown both through details given by participants in the survey as well as through a number of policies submitted and reproduced. The survey is intended to help those who are responsible for devising, changing or implementing redundancy policies.

The Redundancy Policy Survey Report begins with a summary of the survey results, highlighting the main findings and showing trends based on comparisons with previous surveys.

This is down from 70% in 2007, 69% in 2003 and was 62% in 2001.
