The Yorkshire Salary & Benefits Survey is a new survey for the area and is run on behalf of the Yorkshire Reward Network. The network has been set up to provide a forum for employers in Yorkshire to share information and best practice on any aspect of Reward and to enable members to benchmark their rewards policies and practices against those of other local employers. The salary and benefits survey has been developed to provide a mechanism for the confidential sharing of data in an anonymised format.

There are two levels of membership of the Reward Network. 1) Full membership including Salary & Benefit surveys, meetings and Groupshare. 2) Meetings and Groupshare. The subscription for the survey is tailored to the size of organisation: £385 plus VAT for those with 300 and fewer employees, £485 plus VAT for those with 301 and over. The subscription for meeting and Groupshare only is £110 plus VAT.
