The click and view feature from Alan Jones and Associates allows you to view and filter details of job descriptions.

1. Logging on to the 'Client Homepage'.

The first step, is to log on to the alan jones client homepage, click on 'Login' in the top right hand side of our home page:

Enter your username and password and click on the login button.
(If you can't remember your password, there's a link to email it to you.)

Once this is complete, the client home page loads:

2. Loading 'Click & View'.

Click on the 'Click & View - Online Salary Data' link:

After agreeing to the privacy agreement and clicking the submit button, the Click and View page will load.

Select the appropriate survey from the drop-down list:




Use the tree of job functions and titles to view the salary survey feedback and the full job description for each job:

3. Additional Analysis.

Click on 'Additional Analysis' button at the top of the job tree:


You will be presented with a list of available additional analysis options. Select the checkboxes next to the appropriate choices and click on 'OK':




Select the job description from the job tree to view the full job description and analysis data for that job, based on the options you chose above:

4. Display Job Summaries.

It is possible to display summary data, compared in a table, for two or more jobs

Click on the 'summary' link at the top of the Click and View page:




From this page add jobs you wish to compare by clicking on them in the tree:





Clicking on the 'Display Summary' button will display the details of the jobs you have selected:
