Salary Tables

Below the Charts and Output Options there are tables showing the survey analysis for a function or for the selected jobs. You can get to these tables by clicking on the Analysis Table button.

The tables show incumbent weighted analysis results (all of the salaries paid to the individual job matches are included), the company weighted analysis results (the job matches of each company are averaged and the analysis is of one salary level from each company matching) and at the bottom is an analysis of your own match data.

4. Output

You can refine your results using the jobs menu on the left hand side. Here you can stipulate which pay elements to include in the analysis , you can remove your own data from the analysis and you can apply other filters (e.g. turnover, region). This menu also allows you to exclude jobs which you have not matched.

You can use the Drill Down options to exclude job matches who do not receive the pay element you are interested in. For example, if you use this for the pay element 'car allowance' you will exclude all matches with no car allowance which enables you to ensure you are looking at a group of job holders with similar entitlements.
