Alan Jones & Associates, specialists in salary and benefit surveys, have a network of local salary surveys for the UK.  And, to demonstrate the value of access to a continuously updated source of pay data, we are offering participation in our local surveys free of charge.  For the first year, you will receive the survey output and have access to our on-line results service absolutely free.

Pay & Benefits Information Only
You need local pay data and for that you should use a provider who is only interested in giving you information on local pay rates.  Alan Jones & Associates specialise in salary and benefit surveys – we are not involved in recruitment nor expensive consultancy.  Our surveys are confidential, participant-only, user friendly, easy to understand and come in a range of formats to suit you.

If you join now, you will have access to this resource for a year free of charge with no obligation to continue with the service after that year. This offer applies to companies with multiple sites* (although you will have to complete the input document for each location!).

No Commitment to Subscribe
After your first year’s free trial, there is no obligation to continue with the survey/s but if you do the subscription rate will be only just over £400.  When you think about the time and money it costs to recruit, train and retain staff, the survey will be a very cost effective way of finding out if you are paying the right rate for the right person.

On-line Survey Data
The survey results are sent to you when you join and then at a date in the year which suits your review cycle. The results are also online through our user-friendly client website. The on-line information is updated monthly (when participating companies review salaries), meaning that when you access our data, you are accessing up-to-date pay information.

Free Benefits Data
As part of the survey you will also be able to participate in the free benefits review, which includes:  holidays, pension schemes, medical insurance, sick pay, PHI, life assurance, share schemes, maternity/ paternity/adoption leave and pay and long service awards.
