Subscribers to the Alan Jones salary surveys are eligible to take part in our policy surveys. These are occasional surveys of specific areas of HR, e.g. Company Cars, Maternity, Shift & Overtime, Redundancy, where the need to know what the market is saying is critical but it can be difficult to get good information. In our policy surveys, the contributors give details on their policies and practices and also discuss the problems they have experienced and how they have dealt with these problems. Copies of policy documents are attached to each report for reference and in the summaries there are trend lines showing how UK companies have moved in these areas in recent years. The policy surveys are free of charge for survey participants if they complete our on-line input questionnaires.
