Following requests from several salary survey participants, we circulated a questionnaire asking many questions about flexible benefits and we have now published our findings.

In our report, we have full details on Flexible Benefit schemes provided by 25 survey participants. Many more companies, however, have shared their experience of evaluating flexible benefits and on how they communicate information to their employees on benefits.
