The survey shows data on basic pay, bonus and company cars/cash allowances for all job matches, in all organisations in the survey.

The SAP Salary & Benefits Survey is run continuously and is for participants only. Any company with job matches is eligible to join. The survey is paid for by participant subscription which covers:

Benefits

The survey benefits section shows what companies in the area are doing in terms of contractual weekly hours, holidays, pension schemes and contributions, sick pay, PHI, life insurance, medical insurance, dental insurance and notice periods. The benefits survey is available only to participants.

This survey is participant-only and strictly confidential. Only those companies contributing information have access to the survey results. The survey analysis is statistical and individual companies cannot be identified against a job nor against any salary information.
